We are Launch Potato, a digital media company that connects consumers to leading brands through performance-driven websites and technologies. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape user experiences that directly increase conversions and revenue across our portfolio of products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle from initial sketches and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes to final implementation.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that are intuitive, scalable, and optimized for conversion.
- Run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs to improve key metrics such as revenue per session and conversion rate.
- Present insights and design recommendations to peers and leadership, translating data into clear next steps.
- Identify UX and CRO improvement opportunities across multiple verticals and act on them with minimal direction.
- Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers, providing clear hand-offs and incorporating feedback.
- Mentor teammates and help strengthen processes that keep the product and engineering teams aligned.
Must-haves
- At least five years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Expert-level UI/UX design skills using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on data-driven, conversion-optimized experiences.
- Hands-on coding ability in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus comfort with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and metrics such as CRO to guide design decisions.
- Direct collaboration experience with engineers, including design presentations and engineering hand-offs.
- Clear written and verbal communication that adapts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with project-management platforms such as Asana or Jira.
- Practical knowledge of iterative A/B testing and applying learnings to improve product performance.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
