The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will sit at the vital intersection of engineering and product management. You will be responsible for elevating the interface and experience of our core product, ensuring that the voice of our customers is woven into every feature we build. Because we prioritize autonomy, you will have a significant impact on our product roadmap, taking ownership of the design process from the initial problem definition all the way to the final micro-interactions.

A day in the life

• You will gather essential insights by conducting user research, analyzing support data, and studying the competitive landscape.
• You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to define and prioritize what we build next.
• You will design high-fidelity UI, flows, and prototypes for both new and existing features, while working with engineers to balance technical considerations with the customer experience.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with at least 5 years of experience creating stellar product experiences for mobile or desktop platforms. You possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think through complex design problems while delivering beautiful, modern interfaces. You are naturally curious about user needs and are skilled at translating those challenges into solutions that drive real business impact. Furthermore, you are comfortable with various testing and research methodologies and have excellent communication skills in English, which allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide or receive constructive feedback.
