About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead high-impact design projects and product discovery efforts that have significant strategic importance. You will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals by utilizing your expertise in user research, UX, and UI design to create scalable, world-class products. You will work within a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and designers to shape the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify critical customer problems through primary and secondary research and select the most effective methodologies to address project requirements.
• Develop a range of design assets, including low-fidelity concepts, high-fidelity user interfaces, and interactive prototypes for testing and internal review.
• Manage and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency while collaborating closely with engineering teams during the implementation phase.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, UX, or UI roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your work on both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma as your primary design tool and experience working with UI design systems.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• The ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to tell compelling stories to diverse stakeholders.
• A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with developers.
