Senior Product Designer at Immocapital

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in India, where you will lead high-impact design projects that scale globally. You will work within a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and designers to turn complex user insights into beautiful, functional interfaces.

Your impact

• Identify and solve key customer challenges by selecting and executing the right research methods to fit our project timelines and goals.
• Translate research findings into everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
• Own and evolve our design system to ensure a consistent brand experience across all our product touchpoints.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI, with a portfolio that showcases both mobile and web applications.
• Deep expertise in the full design lifecycle, including user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate smooth collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to tell compelling stories that bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy.
• Bonus points if you speak German or Spanish, have experience in the real estate sector, or have worked with remote research tools like UserZoom or UserTesting.
