The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will take the lead on complex, high-impact projects that require both a strong creative vision and meticulous execution. You will act as a bridge between our product, data, and engineering teams, ensuring that every user journey we build is intuitive, efficient, and aligned with our broader business goals. This is a chance to influence the direction of our products while working in a collaborative environment that prizes clear communication and thoughtful design.

A day in the life

• You will partner with product managers and engineers to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable design solutions that improve the end-to-end user experience.
• You will lead cross-functional projects from the initial concept phase through to final implementation, ensuring that your designs are polished and functional.
• You will create everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, using your expertise in Figma to communicate your vision to stakeholders and gather essential feedback.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with at least 6 to 8 years of experience shipping successful products from start to finish. You have a deep understanding of UX and visual design, and you know exactly when to follow established systems and when to innovate new patterns. You are comfortable working in an on-site environment and possess the following qualifications:

• Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping techniques.
• A strong grasp of design thinking and the ability to solve complex problems for B2C products.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
• A proactive mindset that allows you to unblock yourself and make decisive, informed choices.
• A desire to mentor others and elevate the overall quality of our team's craft.
