We are looking for a visionary to join us as our first in-house designer and help shape the future of our product design function.

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design strategy for our flagship product, which is built on the Salesforce platform, while ensuring our user-facing systems remain intuitive and effective. Your daily work will involve deep collaboration with our product and engineering teams to solve complex business problems. You will be based anywhere in the United States, specifically within CA, CO, Washington DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, MA, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, or WA.

• Lead the complete product design lifecycle, from initial ideation to final execution.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to harmonize design elements across our entire portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive style guides and design strategies that align with our long-term product vision.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in user-centered design and a proven track record of solving complex problems. You should have at least five years of experience in product design, ideally within a high-growth startup environment. Proficiency in designing for Salesforce is essential, as is a deep comfort level with Figma and your own preferred research tools. We look for individuals who are comfortable conducting competitor analysis, usability testing, and user research to inform every design decision. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a roll up your sleeves mentality that helps you thrive in a fast-paced setting.

What we offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000, plus an annual bonus and eligibility for our equity programs. We are committed to supporting your well-being and professional growth through a comprehensive benefits package.
