The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position that invites a strategic and craft-driven thinker to help shape impactful user experiences. While we welcome applicants from anywhere, we have a preference for candidates based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where we prioritize integrity, ownership, and a healthy work-life balance.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to transform complex business objectives into intuitive and unique product experiences.
• Engage deeply with our development teams to design and implement solutions for both internal initiatives and client projects.
• Lead the full design lifecycle, including user requirements analysis, information architecture, interaction design, and rigorous usability testing.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep passion for UX and innovation. We are looking for a storyteller who can thrive in a multidisciplinary setting and mentor other creative team members. Your background should include the following:

• Expertise in graphic design, typography, iconography, and animation.
• A strong foundation in user-centered design principles, accessibility, and testing methodologies.
• Proven experience working within Agile development environments.
• A history of working with US or European clients and a genuine enthusiasm for the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, to present concepts effectively.
