We are looking for a creative, data-minded partner to join us as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the future of our digital landscape.
The opportunity
As our Senior Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the user experience across all of our digital touchpoints. You will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, using real data to uncover opportunities that improve our platform. By partnering closely with stakeholders, you will help prioritize design initiatives that balance immediate needs with our long-term vision. This is a full-time, remote role where your work will directly influence how our community interacts with our brand every single day.
A day in the life
- You will translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs that feel simple and human.
- You will bridge the gap between qualitative insights and quantitative metrics, using tools like Fullstory to validate your design decisions.
- You will collaborate across departments to build consensus on design strategies, ensuring that every project aligns with our broader business goals and customer needs.
Who you are
You are a seasoned designer with at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the fast-paced world of direct-to-consumer or subscription commerce. You have a deep understanding of design fundamentals, including typography and color theory, and you are comfortable working with accessibility standards. We value candidates who are meticulous about details and can manage multiple projects with ease. While not required, experience with Figma, Fullstory, and Webflow will help you hit the ground running. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in an environment that values both independent deep work and team collaboration.
