What you bring

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join us in a full-time, hybrid role based in Australia. You will be a vital part of our Shopping Experience, Growth, and Artists group, where you will guide design strategy from initial discovery through to final delivery. Your work will directly influence how artists manage their shops and how customers find the perfect items within our vast ecosystem.

• You will lead multiple design streams by utilizing human-centered design methods to ensure our solutions are both functional and desirable.
• You will conduct your own user research, including discovery interviews and testing, to inform our product strategy.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to execute responsive web UI and refine our design practices.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in creating modern applications for responsive web. You should have a solid grasp of native mobile design conventions and a systematic approach to building scalable interfaces. We value a human-centered mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where discovery and delivery happen continuously. You must be comfortable using modern design tools to build prototypes and flows, and you should be able to clearly communicate your design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and we look for individuals who are naturally curious and committed to mentoring others.
