Senior Product Designer at Immocapital

Recognized as a Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our cross-functional team and help us scale our impact across Europe.

What you'll be doing

• You will identify critical customer pain points through primary and secondary research, selecting the best methods to suit our project timelines and goals.
• You will lead the design process from initial wireframes and concepts to high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring you create interactive prototypes for testing and internal review.
• You will manage and extend our design system to ensure brand consistency, while working closely with product managers and engineers to implement best-in-class product solutions.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in product design, UX, or UI. You are a skilled storyteller who can communicate complex user problems to diverse stakeholders, and you are comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Your technical toolkit and background should include:

• Expertise in Figma for design and prototyping.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your work on both web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to conduct usability testing and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• A solid understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate smooth collaboration with our engineering team.
• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in German or Spanish is considered a strong asset.
• Prior experience or domain knowledge within the real estate industry is a plus.
