Senior Product Designer at Coframe

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a foundational role for a designer who has already mastered their craft at a world-class growth organization. You will be instrumental in scaling our platform, and your work will directly influence how our AI system performs design engineering for our customers.

Core responsibilities

• Building and scaling our product offerings while shaping the overall direction of our platform.
• Designing intuitive user experiences that manage inherent complexity with ease.
• Collaborating closely with engineering and executive teams to ensure our AI-driven design tools meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a high level of product thinking and a deep curiosity about user needs. We require the following qualifications:

• Extensive, world-class experience in product design, with a high level of proficiency in Figma.
• A proven track record of driving meaningful product and business outcomes.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to balance speed with high-quality output.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical, product, and leadership teams.
• Experience with conversion optimization or a background in early-stage startups is highly valued.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
