Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will be a key member of a small design group, utilizing your full range of interaction, visual, and user experience skills to craft world-class solutions for our customers.

Your impact

• Partner with product management and engineering to represent user needs during critical discussions regarding product decisions, timelines, and design trade-offs.
• Conduct user interviews to gain deep insights into complex industry workflows and pain points, using these findings to iterate on and test your design solutions.
• Maintain a cohesive platform experience by leveraging our existing design patterns and collaborating with peers to define new ones as our product evolves.

What you'll need

You should be a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. We value candidates who are humble, curious, and confident in their ability to make complex workflows feel simple and natural. You must be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality products from ambiguous ideas.
• Deep expertise in Figma and Miro for creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• A mastery of UX writing, as you understand that clear language is essential to great design.
• A solid understanding of HTML and CSS, allowing you to collaborate effectively with developers to bring your designs to life.
• Previous experience working on enterprise-level B2B or B2B2C SaaS solutions.
