Senior Product Designer at Immocapital

We are IMMO, and we are on a mission to revolutionize the residential real estate industry for both investors and consumers. As Europe’s first technology-powered platform for single-family and multifamily housing, we are tackling a fragmented market worth an estimated $50 trillion. By leveraging our proprietary technology, we unlock access to residential assets that have historically been overlooked, all while focusing on sustainable property up-cycling. We are a team of over 140 professionals with backgrounds from top-tier firms like Google and Goldman Sachs, and we are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis in India. This is a high-exposure role where you will help us scale our impact across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery initiatives by identifying customer pain points through primary and secondary research, ensuring you select the most effective methods for each project.
• Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives that guide product decisions for stakeholders, engineers, and fellow designers.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from creating low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to delivering high-fidelity UI designs and maintaining our design system for brand consistency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile applications.
• Deep proficiency in Figma for prototyping and UI component creation, alongside a solid understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate smooth collaboration with our engineering team.
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative usability testing, with a focus on translating data into user-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to tell stories that resonate with diverse business and technical audiences.
• Bonus points if you have experience in the real estate sector or proficiency in German or Spanish.
