About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer for a full-time position. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Product. You will take the lead on supporting the research and design of both new and existing product opportunities. Your work will involve managing the entire design lifecycle from the initial concept to the final product, while also establishing design best practices in collaboration with our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and test new functionalities by leveraging your understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and core business objectives.
• Serve as a bridge for cross-functional communication between our product teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Champion the importance of great UX and seamless user flows by helping the team understand the reasoning behind every design decision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product design and UX. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:

• A proven ability to take full ownership of projects and communicate effectively with both immediate teammates and the wider organization.
• The ability to challenge and disagree in a respectful manner while remaining open to questioning your own assumptions.
• A collaborative spirit and the maturity to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Expertise in UI design, product research, and usability, along with a desire to set high design standards for our platform.

Location

This position is fully remote, and you can work from anywhere.
