Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join us full-time on a fully remote basis. This senior-level role is open to candidates anywhere, provided you’re fluent in English and excited to collaborate across time zones with a global, high-growth team.
Your impact
- Own the full design lifecycle-from early sketches and wireframes to polished prototypes and developer hand-off-ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, responsive, and optimized for conversion.
- Launch and iterate on A/B experiments, analyze results with BI tools, and partner with engineering to ship winning variations that lift key metrics such as revenue per session and overall conversion rate.
- Spot untapped opportunities in UX and CRO across multiple verticals, present data-backed recommendations to peers and leadership, and mentor teammates to raise the bar for the entire product organization.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or lead-generation environments, where your designs have consistently driven measurable business results. Mastery of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with solid front-end literacy in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so you can translate vision into production-ready assets. You’re comfortable mining data in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, running iterative A/B tests, and using those insights to refine experiences. Strong project-management habits with platforms such as Asana or Jira, clear communication across functions, and a collaborative approach to feedback round out the profile we’re seeking.
Perks and compensation
We offer a base salary between $80,000 and $130,000, benchmarked to the nearest major market and aligned with our Levels Framework.
