The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our remote team and help establish our design foundation. You will work directly with our Design Director to bridge the gap between in-game feature design and external marketing assets. This is a unique chance to influence the visual and functional direction of our platform while building systems that ensure consistency across all our output. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to tackle the unique design challenges inherent in VR.

A day in the life

• You will own the end-to-end design process for features, taking ideas from initial concepts to polished, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to align on goals, provide design feedback, and ensure our technical implementation matches our creative vision.
• You will help build and maintain our internal design systems, establishing patterns and best practices that keep our user experience intuitive and cohesive across in-game, email, and social media channels.

Who you are

You are a senior-level designer with at least three years of experience in the tech, gaming, or VR industries. You possess a versatile toolkit that spans UX, UI, art, and motion design, allowing you to pivot between different types of creative tasks with ease. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable working in a distributed remote environment, and eager to learn new skills as our product evolves. You have a keen eye for aesthetics and a genuine curiosity about how to push the boundaries of virtual reality.
