What does the role look like?
As a Senior Product Designer, you will take on complex interaction design challenges that cater to multiple customer personas - consumers, creators, and affiliates - across web, iOS, and Android platforms. Your goal will be to create visually compelling, highly functional user interfaces that elevate the experience for each user group.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into understanding customer needs and work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to ideate, prototype, and iterate on solutions. As the third designer and first on-site team member, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape our design processes, build the foundations of our team culture, and take ownership of entire surfaces. You’ll collaborate directly with our co-founders and incredibly high velocity product-eng team. You’ll play a key role in mentoring new team members as our design team grows to five by the end of 2024.
Qualifications
- Have strong design fundamentals - UI/UX, typography, and visual.
- Mastery in Figma
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Track record of building beautiful products at a high velocity
