Senior Product Designer at SonderMind (all cities)

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will transform complex workflows into intuitive and delightful experiences that drive our mission forward. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to guide features from initial concept through to final release. Your work will be central to how we improve the lives of our patients and clinicians.

• Design high-quality product experiences that solve real user pain points and optimize workflows.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to implement features that measurably impact our quarterly goals.
• Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and discovery workshops to define clear design requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in both UX and UI disciplines. You should be highly proficient with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Maze, Pendo, Loom, and Jira. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, collaborative, and possesses a growth mindset. You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and have experience designing accessible, compliant experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms. A degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred, as is experience with enterprise SaaS systems.
