Senior Product Designer at Immocapital

We are IMMO, and we are on a mission to transform the residential real estate market. As Europe's first technology-powered platform for single-family and multifamily housing, we are tackling a fragmented fifty trillion dollar industry by using data and proprietary technology to create better experiences for both homeowners and renters. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team on a full-time, hybrid basis in India. In this role, you will take on high-impact design projects and product discovery initiatives, working alongside a cross-functional group of developers, product managers, and business leaders to build scalable, world-class products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end research process by identifying customer pain points, selecting appropriate methodologies, and translating findings into actionable product strategies.
• Develop everything from low-fidelity wireframes and UX concepts to high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring that our brand remains consistent by maintaining and extending our internal design system.
• Create interactive prototypes to conduct user testing, synthesize the resulting feedback, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of your designs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product or UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases both mobile and web applications.
• Expertise in the full design lifecycle, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and research synthesis using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with our development team.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex user problems to diverse stakeholders.
• It is considered a plus if you have experience in the real estate sector, proficiency in German or Spanish, or familiarity with remote research tools like UserZoom or UserTesting.
