The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in Austin, Texas. This is a senior-level individual contributor role designed for a creative professional who excels at systems-level thinking and wants to take full ownership of high-impact design projects. You will play a critical part in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring that our complex logistics solutions remain intuitive and user-centered.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our logistics platform, managing everything from initial research and discovery to final prototyping and delivery.
• Transform complex operational and technical requirements into scalable, intuitive interfaces that help our users make smarter, faster decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust design systems, interaction models, and UX patterns to ensure our product remains consistent, accessible, and easy to scale.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep background in product design and a passion for solving intricate problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of professional product design experience, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software space.
• A compelling portfolio that showcases your ability to handle complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and end-to-end design thinking.
• Fluency in modern design tools, with a proven ability to produce high-fidelity visuals, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Strong research skills, including the ability to conduct usability testing and translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate design rationales to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment is highly valued.
• While not required, any prior exposure to logistics, operations, or computer vision technology is considered a significant bonus.
