Senior Product Designer at Saleor

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere in the world.

Key outcomes

• Manage the entire design lifecycle, from initial research to final implementation, while supporting both new and existing product opportunities.
• Design and validate new functionalities by leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and core business objectives.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between product teams and senior stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain high design standards, goals, and ambitions for the Saleor platform.
• Advocate for seamless user flows and a deep understanding of the why behind every design decision.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to implement best design practices.
• Visualize complex business processes and improve the usability and structure of our documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Research, UI Design, and crafting intuitive User Flows.
• A strong sense of Product Vision and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively and provide constructive Feedback.
• A professional approach to teamwork, including the ability to challenge ideas respectfully and question existing knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
• A commitment to Open Source principles and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
