What you bring

We’re looking for a Senior Product Architect to join us full-time in a remote capacity. In this role you’ll guide the technical direction for Voice as a Service, AI, Machine Learning, and IoT offerings that sit on top of our ISP network. Your background in engineering and product development will help translate business goals into scalable solutions while keeping our services reliable and forward-looking. Three key responsibilities include defining a multi-year technology roadmap for these value-added services, designing and prototyping modular architectures that integrate AI/ML and IoT capabilities, and collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring new offerings to market. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.

Requirements

You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related discipline, and you bring eight or more years of experience architecting and developing ISP networks and systems. Hands-on work creating complex, scalable platforms-especially those involving value-added services, data analytics, or telecom network solutions-is essential, as is the ability to produce clear technical documentation such as architecture and data-flow diagrams. Strong communication skills, a product-oriented mindset, and fluency in English round out the profile of someone who will thrive on our cross-functional teams.

What we offer

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000 - $203,000 plus bonus, cash award, and benefits. In addition to competitive pay, we provide the flexibility of remote work so you can contribute from wherever you are most productive.
