The opportunity
As our Senior Product Analyst you will sit at the center of Product and Marketing, helping shape how buyers discover, engage with, and stay loyal to our auction platform. Your work will directly influence acquisition campaigns, product features, and retention programs that power the growth of a company backed by Spectrum Equity, True Ventures, and Susquehanna Growth Equity. In short, the insights you surface will decide which ideas become roadmap priorities and which channels deserve more budget.
A day in the life
- You start by refreshing growth dashboards in Amplitude and Looker, spotting a dip in activation for new European buyers, then you dig into the underlying Segment events to trace where the friction begins.
- Mid-morning you join a Product huddle to review last week’s A/B test on auction-page layout; you walk the team through statistically significant lifts in bid depth and recommend rolling the winner out globally.
- In the afternoon you build a fresh user-segment view in SQL that isolates power buyers versus one-time shoppers, then you hand the Marketing team clear audience definitions they can activate in their next email and display campaigns.
Who you are
You bring at least two years of hands-on product or marketing analytics experience and hold a master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Marketing Analytics. SQL and Python are second nature, and you have built production dashboards in at least one of Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker. You have implemented or fine-tuned tracking with Google Analytics and Segment, and you can explain complex funnel metrics to colleagues who do not live in spreadsheets. Experience running A/B tests and mapping customer journeys is a plus, as is any exposure to B2B marketplaces or auction dynamics. Above all, you communicate clearly and enjoy turning raw numbers into stories that drive decisions.
