What you bring
As a Senior Product Analyst on our fully remote team, you will serve as the analytical heartbeat of our product organization. You will own experimentation, instrumentation, and insights that directly influence our roadmap and customer experience in the fast-moving fintech and consumer lending space. Your work will combine deep data analysis with clear storytelling to help teams across the company make smarter decisions every day.
- Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests that optimize funnels and new feature launches.
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards that track product health, funnel performance, and customer metrics.
- Define event schemas, tracking plans, and data-quality standards while partnering with Product and Engineering on every new release.
This role is open to candidates located Anywhere and is offered on a Full Time basis.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of hands-on experience in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence, ideally within fintech or consumer marketplaces. You bring strong SQL skills for working with large relational datasets, comfort with Python or R for deeper analysis, and proven success designing statistically sound experiments. Experience with modern product analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau is essential, along with the ability to turn complex findings into clear recommendations for both technical teams and executives. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to raise the bar on how we use data to drive growth, conversion, and retention.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
