At B-Stock we operate the world’s largest B2B recommerce marketplace, helping major retailers and manufacturers recover value from customer returns and overstock while giving tens of thousands of small businesses access to brand-name merchandise. In 2020 alone our platform gave a second life to 120 million items and kept 400 million pounds of goods in circulation. We are backed by Spectrum Equity, True Ventures, and Susquehanna Growth Equity, and we continue to scale because every returned or unsold item represents both an environmental challenge and a commercial opportunity.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst to join us full time in a fully remote capacity. This mid-level position sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, where you will turn user behavior and campaign performance into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention across our auction platform.
Core responsibilities
- Build and refine measurement frameworks that track the full user funnel-from initial discovery through activation and long-term retention-then translate those insights into prioritized experiments and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with marketing to evaluate campaign performance, define audience segments, and design retargeting initiatives that re-engage at-risk users and lift conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement tracking, run A/B tests, and deliver dashboards that surface actionable growth and engagement metrics for non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and experience
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in a Product Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency with SQL and Python, along with hands-on experience using marketing analytics and customer data platforms such as Google Analytics and Segment.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker, and to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong grasp of B2B marketing principles, user-acquisition funnels, and segmentation strategies, ideally with exposure to A/B testing methodologies and customer-journey analysis.
- Fluency in English is required; a genuine interest in B2B e-commerce and recommerce is highly valued.
Compensation and benefits
- Remote work with flexible scheduling and generous paid time off.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Support for continuing education, team off-sites, social events, and a lively office stocked with snacks and drinks.
