Ogury is a global adtech leader that provides privacy-focused, Personified Advertising solutions to brands and publishers by targeting personas rather than individuals. With a diverse team of over 500 people across 17 countries, we use exclusive data refined by AI to deliver unique audience insights. We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team in France on a full-time, hybrid basis to help shape our product strategy through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Investigate complex questions regarding campaign performance, delivery, and user behavior.
Perform exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for audience segmentation and content optimization.
Build dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Track key performance indicators and establish monitoring systems to alert teams to critical issues.
Work alongside data engineering to build a sustainable and reliable data infrastructure.
Influence the product roadmap by using data to improve advertising outcomes and targeting methods.
Communicate findings effectively to guide product direction and foster a culture of experimentation.

Must-haves

Significant experience in data manipulation and visualization.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Proven ability to design efficient data schemas.
Experience using visualization tools like Tableau.
Strong autonomy in managing end-to-end analytical projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluency in both English and French.

Nice-to-haves

Practical experience with Python.
Familiarity with dbt.
