Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for a hands-on leader who is passionate about AR, VR, and the future of social interaction. You will take ownership of development schedules and project outcomes, ensuring our innovative experiences reach the world with excellence.

Your impact

• Own the full production lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans, identifying dependencies across internal and external teams to drive accountability and hit key milestones.
• Serve as the primary bridge for stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication regarding project status, potential risks, and strategic opportunities.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software or game development, with a proven track record of shipping one or more titles.
• Direct experience managing cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of AR/VR applications or console/mobile games.
• Expertise in project management practices, with a talent for organizing complex workflows and solving multifaceted problems.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with brand and IP partners.
• A deep passion for the Metaverse and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of an early-stage startup.
• Fluency in English.
