What you bring

In this full-time, remote position, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain and vendor management operations. You will leverage your expertise in technology and procurement to ensure our organization operates efficiently and cost-effectively. Your daily work will be based anywhere, allowing you the flexibility to contribute from your preferred location while utilizing your analytical skills and negotiation prowess to drive results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for our organization.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies and RFP processes based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Managing the full procurement lifecycle, including the generation of purchase orders, tracking renewals, and coordinating with our legal and security teams on new agreements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in business, finance, or supply chain management, typically demonstrated by a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in procurement or purchasing, along with two years of specific experience managing vendor relationships and high-stakes negotiations. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating various procurement software tools. We value candidates who are exceptional communicators, possess a sharp eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member. Fluency in English is required to ensure seamless coordination with our internal departments and external partners.
