About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Privacy Product Manager II to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our foundational privacy product suite to ensure we consistently exceed the requirements set by our customers and global regulators. You will act as a force-multiplier within the organization, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and execute a product roadmap that addresses complex privacy challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on privacy and data protection tools, such as anonymization software, consent management systems, and personal data management platforms, throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Translate complex privacy requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams, while driving the implementation and go-to-market strategy for these features.
- Manage the engineering backlog, which includes writing tickets, grooming the backlog, planning sprints, and refining tasks to ensure efficient product execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software product management for high-scale services, with a proven track record of driving engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to perform self-service data analysis using SQL and Excel.
- Experience in information security, data management, and product management.
- The ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and C-suite audiences.
- A background in video streaming or collaboration technologies is considered a significant plus.
Location
This position is available as a hybrid role. You may work remotely from anywhere in the United States, or you may choose to work onsite at our Seattle, Washington office up to 25% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes base pay, bonuses, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 231,000, depending on your experience, function, and geographic market. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
