What you bring
As our Senior Principal Product Manager for Crash & Claims, you will operate at an executive level to define the strategy for our next generation of AI-driven solutions. This full-time role is based in the United States and functions in a hybrid capacity. You will leverage your expertise in Product Management, Telematics, and AI to modernize the claims experience. Your core responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end product strategy for AI-powered claims automation, including the integration of generative and agentic AI models.
- Collaborating with engineering and data science teams to prioritize roadmaps and deploy high-impact features that improve claims accuracy.
- Managing key relationships with insurance clients and ecosystem partners to ensure our solutions address real-world market demands.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 12 years of product management experience, specifically in building B2B products. You should be comfortable navigating complex technical environments, including reading API documentation and working alongside machine learning engineers to refine predictive algorithms. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or engineering is required, and an MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate is an agile practitioner who balances strong project management skills with a scrappy, impact-focused mindset. You must be fluent in English and possess the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining a positive, collaborative approach.
