The role

We are looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our expanding Product Management team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based on-site in the United States. In this role, you will own the end-to-end pricing analytical strategies for our global product portfolio. You will have high visibility and the opportunity to make an outsized impact as you help us build out our pricing competency.

Core responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all pricing matters, taking ownership of the health and rationalization of our Price Book.
• Lead the annual price increase process by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Managers to implement changes effectively.
• Develop sophisticated pricing models for strategic initiatives, including product bundles, migration programs, and transitions to subscription-based models.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience leading pricing analysis for a major business unit or an entire organization.
• Deep proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Excel, and various BI tools.
• Strong background in B2B software pricing models, including experience with SaaS and perpetual terms.
• The ability to manage multiple, complex global projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of translating complex data analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations is preferred.
