The role
We are seeking a Senior PR Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity based in the United States. This is a senior-level position for a professional who is ready to take ownership of our external communication function. You will report directly to the Director of Brand and Buzz and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand awareness, sentiment, and thought leadership as we continue to grow.
Core responsibilities
- Proactively identify and execute strategic opportunities to elevate our brand story and increase market awareness.
- Manage our external PR agency partners to ensure our messaging remains consistent and high-impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing team to align our external brand messaging across all channels.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working in Public Relations, Journalism, or Communications, with a preference for those who have managed direct reports.
- A strong network and proven experience working with Design, Business, and Tech media.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of verbal and written communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to self-edit and review the work of others.
- A confident understanding of how to leverage converged media to drive results.
- Fluency in English.
