We are looking for a Senior Platform Implementation Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our organization focuses on delivering high-impact technical solutions, and we need a dedicated professional to manage complex project implementations while ensuring our software aligns perfectly with our clients' business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and de-conflict implementation activities across various projects.
- Coordinate project priority investments throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Assess project feasibility, technical content, and potential gaps during the preparation phase.
- Manage and guide team members while fostering strong collaboration across functional departments.
- Oversee customer user acceptance processes, outage notifications, and formal change control procedures.
- Analyze system performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet software or client demands.
- Conduct thorough inspections of changes before they reach the user acceptance testing stage.
- Document and track specific client implementation requests and resolve issues through direct coordination.
- Create documentation for operations to service handoffs to ensure seamless support transitions.
- Lead process design discussions while adhering to industry best practices.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in Project Management and Technology implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Change Control, Performance Tuning, and IT Security best practices.
- Ability to manage user requirements and expectations effectively.
- Professional fluency in English.
