AirDNA began in 2015 with a simple, ambitious dream inside a garage in California. Since those early days, we have evolved into the premier provider of business intelligence and data for the vacation rental and travel industry. Our platform acts as a vital resource for Airbnb hosts, helping them navigate the short-term rental market with precision, while also empowering large financial institutions and real estate firms to make data-driven investment decisions. By tracking over 10 million properties across 120,000 global markets, we provide the most accurate insights in the world. We believe that data is not just a destination but a powerful launchpad for forward-thinking businesses.

A day in the life
- You will design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS services to ensure our systems are always performant and reliable.

Who you are
You are an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of DevOps practices and a passion for distributed systems. You communicate clearly in English and thrive in a remote environment. Your technical toolkit includes:
- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
- A solid grasp of Linux systems and TCP/IP networking.
- Proven experience with AWS and the ability to manage complex, multi-account cloud architectures.
- A track record of building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading or mentoring others, with a focus on growing talent and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year. Beyond the compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
