What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering strategy, mentoring our team, and refining the ecosystem that allows our developers to move faster. Your work will directly influence our technical culture and the reliability of our infrastructure.

• Lead complex projects from the initial design phase through to final implementation.
• Collaborate with various engineering teams to improve developer experience, automation, and internal tooling.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers on platform architecture, DevOps best practices, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in software engineering with at least 5 years of experience, specifically focusing on cloud services and system observability. You should have a proven track record of shipping large, business-impacting projects as a lead designer or architect. We require proficiency in at least one of our core languages, which include JavaScript, Golang, Elixir, or Python. You must be comfortable working within a public cloud environment, with AWS experience being preferred. Beyond technical skills, we look for individuals who are curious, compassionate, and committed to their craft. We prioritize real-world contributions and expertise over specific educational backgrounds, and we require professional proficiency in English.

What we offer

We provide a competitive total compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $170,000 to $183,000, alongside variable pay and Restricted Stock Units. Our benefits are designed to support your lifestyle and professional growth.
