We are currently looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will build the foundational platform that empowers our entire engineering organization to succeed. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who focuses on automation and long-term system stability rather than traditional maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our infrastructure, monitoring systems, and MLOps, ensuring that our platform remains robust and scalable.
- Collaborate closely with our machine learning team to manage and optimize state-of-the-art ML infrastructure.
- Mentor your peers through constructive code reviews and provide actionable feedback to help the entire team grow and improve.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, covering the full lifecycle of products from initial development to release and ongoing maintenance.
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-team initiatives and designing highly scalable services.
- A strong desire to reduce technical complexity and minimize long-term maintenance burdens.
- Proficiency in working within a collaborative remote environment.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- While we primarily utilize Python, Temporal, Terraform, and Kubernetes, we value your core engineering expertise over experience with specific tools or frameworks.
