We are hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role you will design, build, and maintain the scalable systems that power our platform, working side-by-side with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver features that directly support our continued expansion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering colleagues to design, develop, and sustain the CrowdStreet platform, ensuring it remains reliable and easy to extend.
- Implement efficient, maintainable solutions using Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub, PostgreSQL, .NET, and Terraform, while writing clean code that follows established standards.
- Review code, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers to raise the overall quality and velocity of the team.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience, including platform or DevOps work, with five or more years working in cloud environments.
- Three or more years building Infrastructure as Code solutions and three or more years creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong grasp of software design principles, experience delivering scalable and secure web applications, and proficiency writing clean, well-tested code.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices and the ability to communicate clearly while thriving in a fast-moving environment.
- English fluency is required.
