What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in our Platform Engineering department. Your mission will be to build and maintain an internal developer platform that simplifies cloud complexities, providing a unified interface for our engineers to deploy software securely and reliably regardless of the underlying infrastructure.

What will you do?

• Optimize Cloud Infrastructure. You will take ownership of our cloud environment to ensure it meets our high standards for security, reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead Infrastructure Architecture. You will design, implement, and test the core components of our internal developer platform, enabling our engineering teams to ship high-quality software with speed and confidence.
• Empower Internal Teams. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and customer support to automate deployment and management tooling, making infrastructure easy for everyone to use.

• At least 5 years of experience managing production infrastructure with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience scaling multi-region or multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong expertise in networking to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven ability to use Terraform for programmatic infrastructure provisioning.
• Familiarity with telemetry tools like Datadog or Prometheus and a solid understanding of the CNCF landscape.
• Professional proficiency in English.
