What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take end-to-end ownership of our infrastructure, MLOps, and monitoring systems. You will work in a hybrid environment, building the foundational platform that empowers the rest of our engineering team to succeed. We are looking for someone who values automation and is eager to build solutions that are designed to last.

What will you do?

• Lead the design of scalable systems and collaborate with your peers to ensure we deliver high-quality features on time.
• Partner closely with our machine learning team to manage and maintain our state-of-the-art ML infrastructure.
• Mentor other engineers through actionable code reviews and provide guidance that helps the entire team grow and improve.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least five years of professional software engineering experience, specifically in taking products from initial concept through to release and long-term maintenance. We value your core engineering skills above specific toolsets, though we primarily use Python, Temporal, Terraform, and Kubernetes. You should also have hands-on experience working with major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure. We are looking for someone who enjoys minimizing complexity, thrives in a collaborative remote-friendly setup, and is comfortable leading complex cross-team initiatives.
