The role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Australia. You will operate in a hybrid capacity, spending two days each week at our Milton office and enjoying the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and retargeting networks to maximize return on investment.
• Analyze performance data to refine conversion funnels, improve customer targeting, and support our broader growth initiatives.
• Identify and test innovative marketing strategies and new channels to enhance customer acquisition and communicate our product benefits effectively.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar in-house or agency role, with a deep focus on SEM and paid social media.
• Expertise in Google Ads and other major paid media platforms.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to improving automation and efficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of conversion funnels and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
• Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Branch is considered an advantage.
