What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs, including managing account structures, bidding strategies, and creative testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain your own reporting dashboards to monitor spend, customer acquisition costs, and overall funnel efficiency.
• Launch and lead our paid social strategy, specifically focusing on Meta, while using AI tools daily to enhance your analysis, ad iterations, and operational workflows.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a hands-on operator who thrives in the numbers and is comfortable working independently. You should have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a deep technical understanding of Google Ads and a proven track record of managing significant annual budgets. You are fluent in key metrics like LTV, payback periods, and conversion tracking, and you have experience working with B2C subscription or freemium funnels. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be able to maintain consistent overlap with US Eastern working hours to collaborate effectively with our leadership team.
