About the role
We are looking for a world-class Performance Marketer to optimise and grow our presence, across a range of channels. If you like to test, learn, measure, and report - this is the role for you!
At Halter, we’re passionate about transforming the farming industry with technology and we need a Senior Performance Manager to help lead the charge. Our brand is bold, our goals are ambitious, and the right person for this role is excited about making a real impact on the way we reach and engage farmers.
As the Senior Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising and growing our digital presence across multiple paid channels, driving lead generation, and scaling our digital performance. You’ll focus on executing highly effective, data-driven campaigns, optimising them in real-time, and ensuring Halter’s growth both locally and internationally.
While this role has a strategic focus, it’s also hands-on. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the Brand, Content, and Design teams. We’re looking for someone who loves the hustle of tweaking campaigns for the best ROI, is comfortable leading initiatives, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values creativity, critical thinking, and relentless execution.
This will be a fast-paced and demanding role, with exceptionally high rewards for the right person.
