We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in New Zealand. At Halter, we are transforming the farming industry through innovative technology that allows farmers to manage their livestock with ease and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across key paid channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive qualified lead generation.
- Manage and optimize our digital marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum return on investment.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine our strategy and improve campaign results in real time.
Requirements
- Four to six years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced technology startup environment.
- A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience managing paid media channels and generating high-quality leads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex campaign data into meaningful strategic actions.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, alongside various ad platforms and analytics software.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across different teams to align our marketing efforts.
