At VMN Media we connect more than 1.5 million professionals across fifty industries with the right information and training. As Senior Performance Marketeer you will shape and run paid campaigns that turn that reach into course enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Own the full campaign funnel for our training portfolio, from strategy and channel selection through execution, optimization and reporting.
- Build, monitor and refine campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, adjusting bids, creative and targeting to hit enrollment targets.
- Coordinate daily with the central marketing team and the product managers in the training unit so every campaign stays aligned with brand and commercial goals.
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives and landing pages, then translate results into clear next steps.
- Deliver regular performance dashboards and actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Must-haves
- Four to five years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or education setting.
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to combine strategic planning with day-to-day campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Experience with conversion-rate optimization, precise audience targeting and A/B testing.
- Clear communication skills for presenting results and recommendations to internal teams.
- Practical familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Unbounce, WordPress and UTM tracking.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

- Prior experience with LinkedIn Ads in a professional-services or training context.
