What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Pune, India. You will be a key player in our performance engineering strategy, working on a large-scale, complex platform that demands precision and creativity. Your daily contributions will involve:

• Designing robust performance frameworks and writing tests that adhere to the highest coding standards for various navigation flows.
• Developing representative workloads to benchmark, profile, and verify the performance of cloud application architectures, including database design and enterprise-level APIs.
• Identifying performance bottlenecks through stress, scalability, and overhead testing, while reporting findings and recommending architectural improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with 6 to 10 years of experience in performance engineering and tuning for web-based enterprise applications. You should possess deep technical expertise in Java, Python, JMeter, and API testing, alongside a strong grasp of Cloud Platforms. Proficiency in Grafana and InfluxDB is essential for designing performance dashboards, as is experience with DevOps practices and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Beyond your technical skills, we value candidates who communicate clearly, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and bring a positive, problem-solving attitude to our multi-skilled team. Fluency in English is required to succeed in our global environment.
