What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Performance Development & People Partner to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Germany. This is a senior-level position that blends two core functions. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to designing and operating our performance and talent development systems, while the remaining 30% will involve acting as a strategic People Business Partner for our leadership team. You will function as a builder and operator, creating scalable processes from the ground up and working closely with our leaders to ensure our workforce is prepared to meet our mission-critical objectives.

What will you do?

• Lead and evolve our performance framework, including feedback cycles, promotion processes, and calibration, to ensure talent development aligns with our business goals.
• Develop and implement leadership and management training programs tailored to our fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide guidance on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership effectiveness while leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decisions.

• Proven experience in performance development, organizational effectiveness, or HR business partnering, ideally within the technology, defence, or aerospace sectors.
• A background in a tier 1 management consulting firm, specifically at the Engagement Manager level or higher.
• A track record of building and scaling performance systems across multiple functions and international locations.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to support leaders who are working under significant pressure.
• An analytical mindset that allows you to use data to inform your strategy and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Fluency in English.
