At Tia, we are redefining the healthcare experience by serving as the modern medical home for women. Our mission is to treat women as whole people rather than just a collection of life stages or symptoms. By blending virtual and in-person care, we provide a comprehensive model that fuses primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness. As we continue to scale our operations and expand our reach, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team. You will play a vital role in shaping our culture and supporting our employees as we work to set a new standard for women's health.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a strategic advisor to our clinical leaders, helping them align our people strategy with broader business objectives and organizational design goals.
- Lead our talent and performance management frameworks, providing coaching to managers on how to deliver effective feedback and develop high-performing teams.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace conflicts while championing engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR business partner, ideally within the healthcare sector or working with a distributed, hourly workforce. You are a process-oriented thinker who is highly organized and capable of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can build trusting relationships across all levels of the organization and who possesses a strong background in talent planning and change management. You should be proficient in using data insights to inform your recommendations and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy a variety of benefits designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
- Unlimited vacation time.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Participation in our 401k program.
- Competitive stock options.
- A free Tia membership.
- A $300 one-time work-from-home stipend.
- A $50 monthly reimbursement for phone and internet expenses.
- A top-of-the-line 13-inch Macbook Pro.
- A travel stipend for team off-sites.
