What you bring

As our Senior People Partner, Operations and Talent, you will serve as a vital member of our People team, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and recruiting for our two hundred team members worldwide. This full-time, hybrid role requires a high level of autonomy and a passion for optimizing systems. You will be based in the United States, specifically working out of our Louisville, CO office.

• Lead end-to-end execution of core People processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive operational excellence by managing performance cycles, benefits administration, and compensation programs using data-driven insights.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings at least 7 years of experience in HR or People Operations. You should have a solid background in full-cycle recruiting and a strong grasp of HR analytics, compliance, and compensation benchmarking. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also welcome. We value individuals who are self-directed, curious, and comfortable working with global mobility topics. Proficiency in tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace is highly desired, and you should be a strong communicator who can build trust across all levels of the organization.

What we offer

We are pleased to offer a base annual salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 for this position. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
