About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work across our global brands to create and manage high-performing paid search campaigns designed to drive sign-ups and revenue. You will be a key member of our performance marketing team, identifying new opportunities for growth and optimizing our existing channels to ensure we continue to meet our ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor our paid search programs on platforms like Google and Microsoft Ads to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze search metrics regularly to provide actionable recommendations and implement optimizations that improve efficiency.
• Oversee and direct our paid search agency partners to maximize growth and align strategies with our broader marketing objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a paid search role, including direct campaign management.
• A 4-year college degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven history of making data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with industry-standard marketing tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Looker, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across different departments.

Location

This is a hybrid position. You will be expected to work from our headquarters in Austin, Texas, three days per week.
