We are currently looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. At Moneybox, we are on a mission to help people build their financial future, and we are looking for someone to help us scale our brand and growth marketing efforts. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse channel mix, including TV, audio, and partnerships, while gaining hands-on experience within our ambitious acquisition team.

Responsibilities

Take an active role in the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of campaigns across various paid marketing channels.
Monitor campaign performance and brand impact, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Design and oversee A/B testing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

At least 2 years of experience in a paid marketing or growth-focused position, with hands-on exposure to 2 or 3 relevant channels.
A proven ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns directly within marketing platforms.
Experience collaborating with media or creative agencies, including the ability to provide clear briefs and constructive feedback.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to generate meaningful insights.
Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
