We are currently looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. At Moneybox, we are on a mission to help people build their financial future, and we are looking for someone to help us scale our brand and growth marketing efforts. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse channel mix, including TV, audio, and partnerships, while gaining hands-on experience within our ambitious acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Take an active role in the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of campaigns across various paid marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and brand impact, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Design and oversee A/B testing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a paid marketing or growth-focused position, with hands-on exposure to 2 or 3 relevant channels.
- A proven ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns directly within marketing platforms.
- Experience collaborating with media or creative agencies, including the ability to provide clear briefs and constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
