Senior Oracle Analyst, Financial Systems at Warby Parker

We are currently looking for a Senior Oracle Financial Analyst to join our technology team on-site in the United States to help us maintain and improve the financial systems that power our growth.

What you'll be doing

• You will tailor Oracle applications to fit our specific business requirements by mapping complex processes to system functionalities and optimizing configurations for peak efficiency.
• You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Financial modules, ensuring that these systems integrate seamlessly with our existing technical architecture.
• You will proactively monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks, implementing scalable solutions that keep our operations running smoothly even during periods of high demand.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should be a fluent English speaker with a strong background in financial systems engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience leading and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM modules, specifically FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS.
• Deep knowledge of core business processes, including financial consolidation, close procedures, and reporting, combined with a solid understanding of compliance and internal controls.
• A proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis to implement effective, long-term fixes.
• Strong communication skills that allow you to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• A proactive mindset toward staying current with Oracle updates, patches, and industry best practices.

What you'll get

We provide a competitive salary range of $131,250 to $150,000 USD. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for an equity bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, including:
